It can take up to 48 hours before your track & trace link is working. This has to do with the processing times at the relevant carrier.

If you don’t have an account & active shipping subscription:

You can check the track & trace code sent directly to the relevant carrier via this page. We will also help you on your way if you have questions for the relevant carrier.

If you have an account but no subscription:

You are able to save your track & trace code via the E-wallet and continue to follow it

With an active account:

You can do the same as described above + choose and change the delivery time for your package. The Flickmyhouse team will deliver the package at the agreed time.
